Juan Cairos posted on the propsummit facebook page pictures of the pool table with identification of the make and model.

In my conversation with Art Shippee too I was told that the pool balls were custom made for the film, and Ridley Scott helped hand pick different items that were to be encased in the clear balls, including the 2 eyeballs Batty holds up to his face for his Chew impression. They were also supposed to have blinking lights in them, but the batteries kept dying. I wonder if they survived the film and may show up someday, or if they were among the stuff Art was ordered to destroy on the last day?
