Here are the details (mostly) on doing a real Bulldog into a Blade Runner Blaster.
First you need a custom made barrel like this one:

Next you need to do the following:
At this point once the side cover is clearing the cylinder and centered over it I mark the front and rear holes and then drill them.
I never found a large head screw with a 4/40 thread so I made one:
Here is a picture showing that the real prop was made this way:
The last major detail is once you are here and can mount your Steyr Receiver (either a real one or a cast model) with a front cap in place so it sits correctly, you need to mark your barrel though the holes in your receiver and then drill them.
I use a milling machine with a dial indicator so I can stop just short of drill though the barrel.
Then you need to mount your ammo housing and mark the barrel for its screw.
As always use this info at YOUR OWN risk.
And always measure five times and cut/drill once.
