I have had a similar issue with an original issue OffWorld.
My 10 year old nephew was "field testing" it one summer a while back.
I thought about the same fix. Even bought a bulldog 38 frame.
Did not use it as it required a complete structural rebuild of the OffWorld.
What I did do was disassemble the OffWorld and re enforced the internal structure with thicker styrene scratch built parts, thick supper glue, and instant super glue setting spray. IF you know the re enforced parts are there you can tell if not, not so much.
The original OF frame is not built for the over all stress of heavier metal parts.
Well DHuuuu.
Best of luck on your fix.

Thanks for the feedback - I'm prepared to do a rebuild though. |

I found the grip frame. Not sure it will work for sure after what ocd said, but it is for sale.
