Hello Blaster Freaks,
I found this link snooping around for a Bulldog Airsoft. Is anyone here familiar with this particular CAW Bulldog? It looks like you can purchase them with PayPal and the price isn’t bad at all too!? Any opinions?
Thanks,
Damion

These aren’t airsoft. They are pfc or plug-fire cap guns. Basically they fire blanks. Probably ok as-is in the states but without a legal defence in the UK we can only have pfc guns in bright orange or green so people don’t mistake them for genuine firearms.

Silverside: as you know, the orange plug or colored firearms have been known to be used by criminals with real guns: take a real gun, paint it orange and the Police will have a second's delay before firing...which gives the criminal the time to shoot at Police Confused

I made a blaster off one of these. The dimensions are nearly identical to the base pistol in the Tomenosuke kit, so all the parts will fit with very little modification (there are still some things you'll have to do). They use double 7mm caps in the cartridges. Plug-fire stuff is fun! It's made of heavyweight ABS just like the Tomen as well.

My statement was simply about what we are allowed to own here in the UK but, OK, thanks for the extra info.

I understand Silverside; my point was: if criminals are using "red plugs", or paint their guns to make them look like plastic/replica, then the Police could make it more difficult for us, prop collectors, to own such replica. Crying or Very sad
