I'd been looking around for a while for a place that could do custom badge work for a reasonable cost. After locating a place I had them do a Rep-Detect badge.
Unfortunately living in California, its nigh impossible to get any badge that looks like an LAPD shield, so I had to go with a design that approximated the look. Recent Homeland Security laws prevent it from reading Los Angeles Police without the proper paperwork, so I had the bottom rocker changed to Rep-Detect Division. Overall I'm very pleased with it.
