It doesn't show bottles but that IS what's in all those boxes ready for shipping in the picture:

Will the whiskey glass be next? Or is that a readily available found item?
Sorry haven't been keeping up with BR related props for some time. |

Please don't be offended if I don't get back to everyone right away about this.
I'm a bit focused right now on getting all the bottle details together and worrying about how to ship properly so everyone get's them in one piece.
Major news: We MAY have found a printer for our labels!
More news as it comes in! |
I'd like to toss my name on the list for a bottle if there are any extras when all is said and done. I was concerned about not being able to pay for one when the time came, but now that things are looking better...
I'll keep my fingers and toes crossed.

Definately follow Kgaijin's link Pol and pic up one or two of the Cibi Double Glasses if you have the means to do so.
Phil is a great guy and a FAST shipper...tell him it's for your BR Whiskey Bottle! |

Thanks for the link. But wow, price of one glass is almost the same as the bottle offered here for international buyers!
Anyone know of a cheaper source? From the manufacturer perhaps? |

It may seem a lot for one glass, but you are getting a fine piece of crystal. This isn't some crappy glass tumbler from Target, believe me, it is an impressive work of art. I only have one for now but I am going to have to find the cash to get a full set of four at least. |

Its funny I tell you...I have owned crystal glasses way more expensive then this which I use on a daily basis, and I hardly feel a thing when I accidentally chip or break one.
But the thought of buying one or two crystal glass at that price strictly for display makes me hesitate. And not to mention I'll have to prevent them from being chipped or broken all the time so as not to ruin the display |

I used to have a set of glasses that were similar to the whiskey glasses. Square with angled edges. this was before the age of dvd and the internet and I thought they looked pretty dead on. I might still have one around, I'll post a pic later if I can find it. I don't recall the maker, but its something I picked up at a department store. _________________

Found it. It used to be part of a set of 8 glasses. Now its the only one left. Suffice to say when the bottle arrives, my wife can look at it, but not touch it.

That look stunningly similar, although not spot on. It'll be a good companion for the bottle nonetheless |

Hi Loyal!
I prefer to be not so "fanatic" and I think it's interesting to adopt even "unknown" BR style stuff!
Your glass is VERY COOL!
It's an only child...Take care of it! |

How about a contest for the best picture with the bottle? We could set up your best photo with best display or image using your other props, scene, or best overall mood? I'm just throwing it out there. We are all so psyched about the bottle, we could use our imagination. I picture me sprawled out with my trench and blaster after a hard day, glass in one hand and Boyard in another. Maybe we could find some small items we could part with for a prize?

Jason,
If I am correct, I think Paul has some left. Shoot him a PM.
Otherwise, welcome to our community!

I thought you all might enjoy this.
Follow the link below to see a map of the world showing all the destinations of the BR Whiskey Bottle.
To look at a bigger and up-dated version of the map, once at the page click the link below the map and then click THAT map to get a version that you can scroll and enlarge.
I'm still hoping that when people receive their bottle they will post a picture of themselves with it
at a notable location in their country/hometown etc...
Until then, this may help to spark the imagination.
