Two things...
One Sorry to see you selling it after all you went though to get it...
You have my endorsement if you want it…
And two you found a metal screw that matches the side screw??
Can you tell me make model and maker??

Hi.
The good thing about evilBay is....
if I don't sell it , I get to keep it.
Bad thing is I have to get a full weapons licence and lock it in a gun safe if I decide to keep it.
$US78 postage for Express Mail Insured from Australia to US.
The large binding screw on RHside (the 'other knob"), I got from Andy.
The large slotted screw I got in steel and matched exactly the profile, size and length as the plastic slotted screw Rich has on his gun. I got it from a fastener-nuts and bolts retail store here. Seems to be an easy to get fastener . I don't know the details of the maker etc.....I just took the plastic one in the store and they matched it from their inventory.

Seems a shame to have to sell it what State are you in?
I hope those laws aren't going federal. _________________ No! 4, 2 - 2, 4. |

Wow...I just saw that it included the Nano Tomenosuke too. Nice set and nice work on the case, and not to mention great price you realized with the sale. Congratulations. I hope you made the new owner aware of the forum here.

I am in South Australia. The laws here have tightened up on replicas, just as they have been in some of the other states. The alternative is I could get a gun licence and pay a yearly fee and keep the gun in a safe etc.
No thanks... those politicians....party poopers.

Congratulations from me as well.
I am sad you could not keep it, you did a nice job fixing it up and the case is great.
And you set a new high selling price for one of my Blade Runner Blasters.

Well Andy and joberg and others who've commented here......Thanks.
That "hand made" look, feel and blend of "raw", yet sophistication with the Coyle gun and similar blasters, is quite appealing, gives each piece an attractive uniqueness.... hard to explain but you know what I mean.
.... because these blasters come apart...easy to fix up any problems or maybe customise them as well.
I told the winning bidder(japan), about the R. Coyle website since he was after more info on the gun. I shipped the blaster to his 'friend' in CA, USA.....I only exchanged emails with the winning bidder.
Haven't mentioned any forum type websites.....
...however my concerns at the moment are, waiting to see if shipment goes through OK. I sometimes get a little nervous when I send things overseas...strange things have happened when shipping ...hope it all goes OK with customs etc.
Shame to see it go. I am only working part-time at the moment so kind of need some cash flow anyway.
shouldn't have so many emoticons. I like using those little thingos.

If your shipping it to the US it should have no problem.
Shipping it by a carrier to Japan it will run into problems...Customs into Japan is just about as bad as it was for you.
It might even be hard to even carry into Japan personaly.
You might have the buyer and the CA friend contact me about getting it into Japan, that is if it is going to go to japan.
