Post some pictures people!
Also questions and advice on your builds please direct to this thread. I'll be asking that the thread in the prop shop be deleted when everyone has there's.

Great idea, and I will watching and here to answer questions and help as needed as best I can.

As some of you are finding out I included the weaver knob as well, so you can build either version. (It may take a little extra work to fit it...)

Well as a few of us have found there is no shot within the film with the weaver knob.

All shots of that side show the screw.

Well for those within the USA I am sending real unloaded Brass and hollow points bullets.

For those overseas we are casting up Plastic Rounds.

All 44s of course.

I was just wondering if only the shell is suppose to go into the chamber

or can we put the hollow point in the shell (to form a complete round)

and if so what was the best process?

Worst than that.

In most cases just push the bullet into the brass, or at worst a little tap with a rubber hammer... Gently.

In fact you may want to put in a filler and glue them together.

A special note.

I buy the brass rounds at a gun store in bulk.

They are in open bins and I have to scoop them out and count them.

I was just PMed that a couple of 44 MAG rounds was sent out and yes these are too long for the 44 special chambers.

Please check your brass; it will say MAG or special on the bottom.

Please email me if you got any MAG rounds so I can replace them with 44 special brass in the mailing of the extra parts I will be mailing out this week..

Thanks for your understanding.

Rich

OK here is the first draft. Of some of it.

http://s922.photobucket.com/albums/ad67/racprops/Propsummit%20SE%20Blade%20Runner%20kit%20instructions/

If someone has the program to create short URLs please do so…

OK Check these out, tell me what you think ask questions etc.

Please forgive any typos (I don’t mind you pointing them out I will try to fix them) I get a little punchy doing all these pictures.

Actually Rich, that album is empty. I can see some of your other albums, but it says that one is empty.

Hey Rich since you stated this is only a first draft I was wondering if you

were gonna add what drill bits and taps get used for each hole in the final

draft

Yes I will be doing that...

OK I can see some typos myself…will try to fix them later.
Is this format OK?? Pictures with text and tips work?

Can everyone see the sub folder/albums??

I will put some pictures of the new model built in the main album when I finish a couple.

I tried to share a few tips and tricks.

And I will be adding more pictures and info ASAP.

Rich
