It may help if we knew who you bought it from, and when. I'm going to guess a Sidkit Worldcon, but it's only an uneducated guess ... |

It does look like a Sidkit. It could also be a combination of parts, or have some upgrades. Most likely a Sidkit though it could be combined with some newer Coyle parts as well. Doesn't look like a Coyle Worldcon though. I don't have my photo reference with me right now.

Yeah, i also did some research and it looks like it's a plastic Sidkit.
What do you think it's worth?
Thanks. |

Plastic Sidkit Very unlikely, unless it's a re-cast from a metal one. From the pics it seems in metal to me. |

Plastic or metal it is a Sidkit copy of my model 4.
The six screws holding the pistol to the grip is mine.

Give it a rest Rich..
The Sidkit is available from Michele as a full resin (plastic?) kit as far as I'm aware and it might be this version you own.
Certainly there have been adjustments made to your build but I suspect thats what you have there..
Regards

I was pointing out that I could tell what it was by the fact it was a copy of my design and only my early model and the copy Sid made HAD those features.
You give it a rest.
The fact that Sid copied my model is a FACT. He admitted it and so on.
I have nothing to prove.
But as no one seemed able to ID it I did.

If it's all plastic, then you had me fooled with the pics...thought it was pewter/metal |

Richard, I find it odd you should refer to it as "your design," since you copied it from the movie. |

I am talking about the changes I did befor we knew what was under the grips.
To make a stronger mounting of the gun frame with all those parts hanging off the grip frame so I added extra screws.
Only my model and Sids had these extra screws.
So that is my designed change.
It is the same story with the bolt, I worked out how it MIGHT have been and made a bolt where none ever were...my own design, so when it is copied I can see my design.
