In light of the replies I've been getting, let me rephrase my original request.
I am looking to buy an ammo clip for a Sidkit. Of course, it would be made of metal. Either pre or post Worldcon version would be OK. Any takers? Opinions on the availability of this item would be welcome. Please confine your replies to the subject at hand here and try to avoid topic drift and/or outright hijacking. Thanks.

I have some of my early world con clips and MAYBE a pre-world con clip.

These are my cut away versions for LEDs.

Could you explain further? Since the pre worldcon clip attached with a screw, I'm not sure how a worldcon version would attach to an older Sid. Also, what do you mean by the term 'cut-away' version…?

OK I thought you were looking for a ammo clip that WOULD fit a Sidkit.

You seem to be looking for A SIDKIT ammo clip.

His were metal.

Mine are plastic.

His was held in by a screw.

Mine snapped in and was a pressure fit.

Sorry I have a lot of left over plastic parts.

As I cannot throw them back into the pot and remelt them they just sit around.

The metal parts I can and do throw back into the pot and remelt them and use them for other parts.

So plastic parts I have metal parts I don't have.

I'm interested in plastic parts too! Especially the side covers for the cylinder and the lighting housing parts! Also any dark somber grios that might fit an Off World or another custom kit of my making? I'm thinking of making a custom blank firing version for myself.... those or any other plastic parts would be very helpful!! Thank you! Maybe we should PM about this further and let this thread be what it was for...sorry to butt in on it...the allure of parts was too great! Cheers!

Rich, do you have any Steyr ammo clip casting left? I'd like to change the one on the Tomenosuke Worldcon kit. Same thing for the cocking lever. It may not fit perfectly but it may be worth trying.

Thanks

Moderator, please close this thread. Despite my request to the contrary, it has been hijacked and is now sharing it's intent with those looking for dissimilar items.

Yes, Rich, I know and I appreciate that. It's just that it was a thread about an ammo clip for a Sidkit and then became so much more...
