Looking for a Leon / Deckard Holdout Weapon. I believe Sidkit made a run of these in resin. Also I think there was a possible run of these by Rich but never was? I missed out on one on evilbay a few days ago :( Anywho I figured I'd ask here before trying to make my own. Thanks |

Do you want Leon's "Mother Defender" or the same kind but with the different grip? |

I fixed your tags. You don't need one for URL unless you are imbedding a hot link into text, so I changed it to IMG tags. Also you also have to uncheck the "disable BBCode" box for them to work.

That does look like the Sidkit based off of Stephen Dane's concept art. The "Mother's defender" is an unmodified COP 357. The modified version was never made for the film, and I am not sure if anyone is making them right now. I know I heard that Stephen Dane was upset people were profiting off his design, but maybe with Tom Southwell's help we can change his mind.

Thanks Andy! Sorry about the tags, I haven't been active on here in awhile and forgot! All of this BR sequel talk has fired up my interest again!
I really like the concept and I planned on making it my own. If I can't find a kit I'm going to try to build one with maybe a less bulky grip. |

I will see if I can get Tom to post some basic BBCode tips to help. This is old tech, but I like the additional control we get compared to sites like theRPF and Facebook. Though it does harken back to the days when almost everyone on the internet had some computer programming knowledge. Today, very few do anymore.
Andy
Here is a site with some basic code tips...
http://www.bbcode.org/reference.php
...and a hotlink to show how it works. (if you quote it you will see the code before you post it.)
If you highlight the text before you click the tab button it will put the tabs at the front and back of the text. For images make sure there are no spaces before or after. For a hotlink highlight the text, then hit the URL tab, then put in the "=url.address" in the first bracket |

Not all of the BBCode from the link I posted will work on this site, there are some shortcuts embedded in too. A URL link can just be posted as is and will hotlink itself, for example, and videos can not be posted from what I have seen in the past. Start small trying out just a couple. It is fun, and a small step to learning other internet codes. I want to learn more, but have also forgotten most of what I had known because I just got lazy over time with new social media sites. It isn't hard though, just an extra step or two.
